Children's Council and Wu Yee operate a Toy Lending Library for parents, child care providers, and community members.

The collection includes multi-lingual, age-appropriate toys and playthings for children with exceptional needs, as well as books, audiotapes, videos, and useful materials for families and child care providers. Nearly everything is available to borrow for free or at low cost.
