Human Services Agency of San Francisco
For families who do not qualify for CalWORKs, Child Welfare, or ACCESS, there are other options. A number of other subsidized child care programs, including City Child Care, California Department of Education, Head Start, and others, serve low-income families in San Francisco who are working, seeking work, in training, or attending school. Families must apply for these subsidized child care programs through the San Francisco Child Care Connection (SF3C). SF3C helps income-eligible families with children under 13 years old find child care subsidy programs that cover part or all of their child care costs. Families can apply through SF3C for child care and development programs all over San Francisco through a single application. To apply through SF3C: ContactThe Children's Council of San Francisco445 Church Street or Wu Yee Children's Services717 California Street, FL 1
