If you are aged 16-24 and are:

• currently in foster care
  
• emancipated from foster care, or
  
• unemployed

HSA can help you enter the workforce and begin your career.

We can provide job readiness services, vocational assessments, career and educational counseling and job placement services. We work closely with the Independent Living Skills Program to provide employment opportunities to foster youth who are aging out of the system.
