AUGUST 30, 2004 CLOSED SESSION

NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN

The Human Services Commission held a closed session on Monday,
August 30, 2004 pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b):  Public Employee Performance Evaluation – Department of Human Services Executive Director Trent Rhorer.

On motion by Commissioner Stewart, seconded and carried, the Commission elected to disclose all of the closed session discussion, to wit:  That the Commission took no action and agreed to continue this matter to the September 2004 Human Services Commission meeting.
