The Congregate Meals Program

San Francisco's Office on the Aging funds numerous community dining programs, collectively called the Congregate Meals Program. These programs provide lunch every day for a small suggested donation at many different locations around the city. It's a great way to not only get a good meal, but to meet other seniors and participate in different activities as well. You must be 60 years of age or older to receive a meal at a congregate meal site.  No eligible participant will be denied a meal because of inability to contribute. 

These meals are tasty and nutritious, and there are many ethnic cuisines provided, including American-Southern, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Kosher, Latino, Russian, Samoan-Hawaiian, and Western foods.
