The San Francisco County Veterans Service Office has a staff of three full time veterans' claims representatives. Our interview hours are 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Fridays are staff check-in days where our staff meetings and time sensitive paperwork for the week are completed. We offer "walk-in" services and encourage appointments for those filing new claims as they can take a large amount of time.
