HSA is a partner in the San Francisco One Stop System, a network of services provided at three easily accessible One Stop Centers. At One Stop Centers, San Franciscans can learn about all publicly funded employment and training services available in the city, especially those provided by our partners, which include the Employment Development Department, City College of San Francisco, Private Industry Council, Department of Rehabilitation, National Council on Aging, and HSA. Through the One Stop Centers, all residents have access to current job listings, vocational assessments, job placement services and career counseling services, and can learn whether they are eligible for specific employment-related programs, benefits and services anywhere in the city.
