The Workforce Development Division works closely with the Independent Living Skills Program and Family and Children’s Services Division to provide foster youth who are aging out of the system with employment opportunities. The Workforce Development Division facilitates Job Readiness Workshops and provides other supportive services to address many of the barriers these youth face when searching for jobs and to provide the best employment outcomes possible.
