The CalWORKs/PAES Grievance Committee consists of recipients, service providers, advocates and members of city departments and provides oversight of the county grievance process. Members of the committee serve on panels to hear disputes that CalWORKs and PAES Participants have regarding employment plans. The committee reviews monthly status reports from the Client Advocate Service Providers, and makes recommendations.
Meetings are held quarterly on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 170 Otis Street at 2:30 PM. For further information, please call Pearl Howell at 557-5073.
