The CAAP Administration/Community Quarterly Meeting is held to discuss issues concerning participants in the County Adult Assistance Programs who are mutual clients of the Department of Human Services and the participating community agencies. Clients also sometimes attend. Agencies represented include:
- The GA Advocacy Project (GAAP)
- Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights
- The Coalition on Homelessness (CoH)
- People Organized to Win Employment Rights (POWER)
- Bay Area Legal Aid (BALA)
- The Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP)
- City Attorney's Office
- The Tenderloin Housing Clinic.
The agenda is developed by the participating community agencies and is faxed over to the CAAP Program Director by THC a day or two prior to the actual meeting time. A date and alternate back-up date for the subsequent meeting are discussed at each session.
