The Office of Contract Management's (OCM) goal is to ensure all Department of Human Services (DHS) and Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) contracts or agreements for services purchased from individuals, private, or public agencies are properly solicited, developed, processed, monitored and evaluated. OCM works closely with DHS and DAAS contractors to provide technical guidance and ensure enforcement and adherence to contract terms.
