Full-service workforce development services are available here for current CalWORKsJobsNOW!, and County Adult Assistance Programs (CAAP) participants.

About This Location

At the Southeast Workforce Development Center located at 1800 Oakdale Avenue, current participants in the County Adult Assistance Programs (CAAP), JobsNOW!, and CalWORKs programs can access full-service workforce development services including job search and job readiness activities, such as practice labs, resume preparation, customer service workshops, and help with imaging and finger printing needs.  You can also visit CalWORKs distribution here to get your EBT cards and bus passes. Please note that new CAAP applicants must visit our Service Center at 1235 Mission Street.

  • You do not need an appointment to access services here - walk-in visitors are welcome

Additional Info

  • Child care: When a parent is onsite during normal business hours and applying for services or engaging in program activities, drop-in child care is available for children ages 2 to 12 years old. 
  • Translation services available upon request.
  • This location is shared with community-based organizations including the City College of San Francisco.

CalWORKs

CalWORKs provides temporary financial support, as well as job training, education, child care, and counseling, to pregnant women and eligible families with children under age 19.
