If you want to help build well-being in our communities and love to conduct research, analyze data, design improvements, and evaluate program success, you’ll find many opportunities across the Human Services Agency to do just that.

Our Program Support Analysts, Program Specialists, Management Analysts, and Administrative Analysts work in various programs to plan, analyze, support, and improve the services we provide to clients. There are also opportunities to create strategy and set program direction through policy analysis and evaluating outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

The most important characteristics and skills of our Planning & Analysis teams are:

  • Data analysis: understanding how to collect and analyze data, and how to propose solutions based on the findings.
  • Communication: the ability to convey complex concepts clearly in writing and oral presentations and translate data into stories that illustrate what the analysis means for the program operations and the people we serve.
  • Creative and critical thinking: the ability to analyze complex issues, identify obstacles, test solutions, and improve our services based on program analysis.
  • Research and policy analysis: analyzing and drafting policies, programs, and processes; creating program performance metrics, and evaluating program successes and challenges.
