Clients of government-funded aid programs may request a fair hearing if they are dissatisfied with an action taken in their case.

Request a State Hearing

Clients of state and federally funded aid programs, such as CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, and In-Home Supportive Services, can apply for an administrative fair hearing if they are dissatisfied with an action taken in their case.

You may request a fair hearing:

Request a CAAP Hearing

County Adult Assistance Program (CAAP) clients may request a fair hearing to appeal the withholding, discontinuance or denial of benefits or the recoupment of overpayments.
