Care Provider vaccination update

You can schedule your vaccination using Myturn.ca.gov or calling COVID-19 Hotline at (833) 422-4255.

To get vaccinated you need to:

  • Serve San Francisco IHSS Recipients only.
  • Bring a valid ID and proof of IHSS work status, such as a recent paper pay stub or electronic timesheet on a mobile device.
  • Provide a current mailing address and phone number. Check on both by contacting IHSS at ihsspaymentunits@sfgov.org or (415) 557-6200.

Care Recipients vaccination update

You can now get vaccinated if you are 16 years old or over. Schedule your vaccination using Myturn.ca.gov or call COVID-19 Hotline at (833)-422-4255.

Did your IHSS Provider assist you with obtaining a vaccination?  If so, your Provider can be paid up to two hours per vaccine appointment. To request Provider pay, fill out this Vaccine Medical Accompaniment Claim Form (English | 中文 | Español) and submit it by:

  • For IHSS Care Recipients: Call your IHSS social worker or (415) 355-6700 if you cannot reach your social worker. 
  • For non-IHSS Care Recipients: We're here to help. Call us about eligibility at (415) 355-6700.
