Keeping you safe while meeting your service needs

HSA Service Centers offer limited services while we make them safer for you and our staff. Until we fully reopen, we urge you to apply for and maintain your benefits online as much as possible. You can also call us for assistance or visit one of our open service center lobbies if you need to use a phone or computer for service support. You can also drop off HSA paperwork and pick up diapers at several locations.  View our flyer. 

    Visit MyBenefitsCalWIN, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you create an online account, you can easily complete the following actions for CalFresh, Medi-Cal, CalWORKs, and County Adult Assistance Programs (CAAP):

    • Submit benefit applications and recertification/renewal reports
    • Update contact information
    • Receive notices online
    • Check your EBT balance if you get CalFresh

    You can call for assistance during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m).

    Some of our lobbies offer access to a phone or the internet for service support. Diaper pickup and drop boxes are also available. See the table below for details. NOTE: Lobby lines may result in long wait times and lobby closure earlier than 5:00 pm.
