SFHSA Service Centers offer limited on-site support during COVID. We are still available to meet your essential service needs without interruption by phone and online. View our flyer

    Visit MyBenefitsCalWIN, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you create an online account, you can easily complete the following actions for CalFresh, Medi-Cal, CalWORKs, and County Adult Assistance Programs (CAAP):

    • Submit benefit applications and recertification/renewal reports
    • Update contact information
    • Receive notices online
    • Check your EBT balance if you get CalFresh

    By phone 
    You can call for assistance during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m).

    Some of our lobbies offer access to a phone or the internet for service support. Diaper pickup and drop boxes are also available. See the table below for details. NOTE: Lobby lines may result in long wait times and lobby closure earlier than 5:00 pm.
