Six-Month Onsite Training- Position Overview:​​ 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career or looking for a new path. As Entry-Level Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you will learn how to preform carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, and water restoration services. Under supervisor you will work in customers’ homes and businesses providing high-quality service, safety, and professionalism.​​ 

This role requires physical activity, customer interaction and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will also have opportunities to earn weekly cash bonuses through sales – perfect for anyone motivated to increase their income.​​ 

What You Will Learn:​​ 

You will receive extensive training in the field and on the job, including:​​ 

·     How to use carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning equipment​​ 

·     How to identify stains, damage, and cleaning needs​​ 

·     How to apply stain and odor treatments​​ 

·     How to safely move and protect furniture​​ 

·     How to follow safety and environmental guidelines​​ 

·     How to use drying equipment and tools for water restoration jobs​​ 

·     How to interact with customers and explain services​​ 

·     How to maximize sales opportunities to boost earnings​​ 

Daily Responsibilities:​​ 

·     Clean carpets, upholstery, and air ducts in the homes and businesses​​ 

·     Use cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuums, and air machines​​ 

·     Move and protect furniture when needed​​ 

·     Apply stain treatments and deodorizers​​ 

·     Follow safety rules and use protective gear​​ 

·     Respond to emergency water-damage calls - Remove standing water​​ 

·     Set up and monitor drying equipment - Take moisture readings and document progress​​ 

·     Remove damaged materials when necessary (carpet pad, drywall, etc.)​​ 

Minimum Qualifications:​​ 

·     Ability to lift heavy equipment ​​ 

·     Willingness to learn cleaning and restoration techniques​​ 

·     Good attention to detail​​ 

·     Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks​​ 

·     Strong time-management skills​​ 

·     Comfort working face-to-face with customers​​ 

·     Able to pass background check​​ 

·     Valid driver's license ​​
