您將學到什麼：​​ 

• Assist chefs in preparing food following the standard procedures of the kitchen​​ 
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food items​​ 
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, equipment, utensils, and dishes​​ 
• Support cooks and chefs during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations​​ 
• Follow all food safety standards, county regulations and company policies\​​ 
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment​​
