CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FT
工作內容
This is a training to permanent position; the Employer is a durable medical supplies provider and serves the community throughout San Francisco Bay Area.
Duties:
· Register and set up patient accounts.
· Verify eligibility with insurers.
· Handle patient complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
· Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with patients.
· Route patient referrals to the appropriate department or individual(s) in the Company.
· Communicate with patients to set up a delivery schedule.
· Prepare and secure Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMNs).
· Communicate with billing department to ensure proper billing to insurance companies, contracts, other third-party payers and patients for all products and services delivered; maintain accurate billing records.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
· Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
· Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
· 1-year medical retail experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 32-40 hrs. a week, 9am-5:30pm
Benefits: sick & vacation paid, 401K after completing of 1-year employment. After 3 months of probation, health benefits will be offered.
