CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT PT​​

This is a great entry-level opportunity (PT) for someone eager to learn the craft of chocolate making in a supportive, team-oriented environment.​​ 

JOB DUTIES:​​ 

This is a physically active role—most tasks are performed standing.​​ 

• Measure, cut, cook, and mix ingredients according to recipes​​ 
• Assist with chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorating​​ 
• Hand-package finished products with care and precision​​ 
• Clean equipment, tools, and maintain a tidy workspace​​ 
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols​​ 
• Perform dishwashing and general cleaning duties​​ 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:​​ 

• No experience required—we’ll train you!​​ 
• Strong attention to detail and quality​​ 
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.​​ 
• Good hand-eye coordination for fine detail work​​ 
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player​​ 
• Experience in food production, bakery, or kitchen settings​​
