CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT PT

Are you passionate about food and love working with your hands? Join our small, friendly artisanal chocolate factory as a Chocolate Production Assistant! This is a great entry-level opportunity (PT) for someone eager to learn the craft of chocolate making in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

JOB DUTIES:

This is a physically active role—most tasks are performed standing.

• Measure, cut, cook, and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Assist with chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorating
• Hand-package finished products with care and precision
• Clean equipment, tools, and maintain a tidy workspace
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Perform dishwashing and general cleaning duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• No experience required—we’ll train you!
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination for fine detail work
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Experience in food production, bakery, or kitchen settings
