Check TADP Eligibility​​ 

• The incident must have occurred within San Francisco​​ 

• Individual/Household members must be San Francisco residents​​ 

• Must have been currently occupying the unit for at least 32 consecutive days​​ 

• Must have been paying rent at impacted unit​​ 

• Must have exhausted all financial benefits provided from renters or homeowners insurance​​ 

• Must have proof of income greater than their portion of rent, but cannot exceed 100% of adjusted median income (AMI)​​ 

• Must have assets less than $30,000/individual or $60,000/household​​ 

• Must be in good standing with current landlord​​ 

• Application must be submitted within 60 days of the fire​​ 

• The tenant must maintain right to return to residence to receive a subsidy​​ 

• Once approved, the tenant must begin using the subsidy within 90 days of the fire.​​ 

• Order to vacate must be issued by the Department of Building Inspection and/or the San Francisco Fire Department​​ 

• Order to vacate issued must be due to building and/or fire code violations​​ 

• Application for program must be received within 7 days after the incident​​ 

• Once approved, must begin using the subsidy within 90 days after the incident​​
