CalFresh for WIC Recipients
You may automatically qualify CalFresh food benefits and free diapers if you participate in the Women, Infants, & Children Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC).
CalFresh's food benefits start at $516 plus free diapers each month
Most WIC recipients are eligible for CalFresh benefits. Once qualified for CalFresh, your family can get the following CalFresh benefits in addition to your WIC benefits:
- Food benefits per month based on household size and income:
- $535 for a family of two
- $766 for a family of three
- $973 for a family of four
- $1155 for a family of five.
- Free diapers each month from the San Francisco Diaper Bank for households with children under the age of three. Learn more.
