Lost food due to the storms or another natural disaster?
CalFresh recipients may be eligible for replacement benefits if they submit CF 303 form within 10 days of the food loss. Forms can be submitted online at getcalfresh. Or dropped off at 1235 Mission Street or 1440 Harrison Street (weekdays, 8 a.m to 5 p.m.), or mailed to SFHSA, P.O. Box 7988, San Francisco, CA 94120.
