Job Description

Job duties routinely performed:

 

  • Receive and count Diapers (all 7 different sizes) – receive at least 3000 every month
  • Keep up inventory and take a weekly inventory to report back to the Diaper Bank
  • Constantly provide diapers of all sizes to the front desk
  • Back up to Supplyroom Clerks (making deliveries of copy paper and other supply to different buildings using the city van)
  • Provide Customer Service to City Workers in the supplyroom counter
  • Back up to Furniture Warehouse Keeper (helping with existing furniture needs such as cleaning chairs)
  • Back up to Printshop Printer, helping with print jobs and folding jobs using the folding machine

This 1402 Jr. Clerk would drive the city agency van 2 or 3 times a month to cover routes when someone is out (vacation, sick, etc.), or as needed to deliver copy paper and supplies. Additionally, this 1402 will most likely get a chance to be Certified as a Forklift Driver through a paid training through and by the Agency.
