Job Description
Job duties routinely performed:
· Reception: Greet clients who come for CHS services in the Client-Health Service Reception areas; Instruct clients and answer questions about the CHS processes.
· Compile and combine documents from various sources and scan documents into Triage iFiles using Kofax import.
· Enter data into the COSTS database, pull data from the database and format reports/labels, review reports/labels to quality control.
· Review SharePoint Calendar to identify the daily call list for reception.
· Check clients into the Q-Flow System; Escorts clients from Door B to CAAP main lobby or Triage conference room; Close or Route Clients.
· Input show and no-show for all Triage clients into iTasks.
