A well-established, family-owned silversmithing firm in San Francisco specializing in metal restoration and fabrication, is seeking a professional, mature and friendly individual to join our front office team.
Major Duties:
· Greeting customers and assisting with order drop-offs and pickups.
· Managing phone calls and email correspondence.
· Typing invoices and maintaining a clean and organized front office.
· Shipping packages via UPS.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Fluency in English with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Proven track record of reliability and long-term commitment in previous roles
· Familiar with Microsoft Word.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Warm and professional demeanor.
Job Schedule:
· Thursday and Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
