Job Description

Employer is a modern Asian-fusion and Cantonese-style bakery. We have been rated “Best Bakery in Chinatown” for multiple years consecutively.


Duties:

● Shape and bake a variety of breads and cakes.

● Prepare material for production: cutting meats, fruits, vegetables, breaking eggs, etc.

● Help with all-around work in the kitchen which includes wrapping cakes and breads in bags, cleaning and reorganizing equipment and baking trays.

● Follow established recipes precisely to maintain a high standard. 


Minimum Qualifications:

● Working Attitude: Hard-working attitude. Honest, responsible, and a team player.

● Experience: No experience is needed. Full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude.

● Schedule: Schedules will be discussed at joining, please expect a few early mornings and weekends hours.

● Language: Bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin or Vietnamese


Schedule:

-  32 – 40 hours a week. Schedule is based on shift availability.

-  Monday to Sunday 7:30am-6pm; 4pm-12am; 8pm-12am; or 4am-8am
