DRIVER PT

Job Description

Employer provides non-emergency medical transport services for patients. This fast-paced & rewarding role is perfect for a self-starter who is looking to build their resume by working closely with the immediate team leader. Driver will be responsible for picking up customers/patients using a fully loaded vehicle equipped with a GPS system. This position may work independently or with another teammate based on driving assignments.


Duties:

-Independently run medical transportation operations

-Ensure patients are transported safely from their home to place of service (vice versa)

-Utilize company transportation software, maintain vehicle cleanliness

-Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families

-Assume on-call responsibilities; effectively communicate with leadership


Minimum Qualifications:

-CA Driver's license required

-Professional driving experience

-Clean driving record (No more than 1 point)

-Ability to lift/maneuver 50 plus pounds

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to travel to various locations

-Successful use of business communication tools and apps

-High level of professionalism

-High level of customer service

-Must demonstrate English language fluency

-Must pass physical agility test

-Must pass federal level drug test and criminal background check.

-Must pass TB Skin Test or TB Chest X-ray exam

-Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin. Employer is willing to work with monolingual Chinese speaking clients.

Schedule:

-Monday to Saturday; 8 hours a day; 8-6pm
