CARE PRO

We hire amazing caregivers—referred to as Care Pros—to provide non-medical in-home care for older adults. Do you have experience in paid caregiving? Are you compassionate, patient, caring, and reliable? Do you feel called to help others? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Duties:

• Provide companionship, home helper and personal care duties to senior clients in their homes in San Francisco
• Assist with medication reminders, meal preparation, light house cleaning, assist with showering/bathing, ambulation assistance, hygiene assistance, and be a companion
• Document and report daily activities of your client to office staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds 
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach 
• Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect 
• Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations 
• Ability to communicate with colleagues, office staff and clients in a friendly and congenial manner 
• Minimum of 1 year paid caregiving experience for seniors OR one of the following certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Must be 18 years or older

Work Schedule:

Flexible based on candidate’s availability. We offer shifts every day of the week, during all hours, depending on the care needs of our senior clients.
