Major Duties:
· Perform residential and commercial cleaning
· Drive between job locations (company will provide vehicle)
· Support operations and logistics including transporting team members to appointments, handling cleaning equipment and supplies, and communicating updates via WhatsApp
· Manage schedule efficiently while working independently
· Communicate effectively with team members and management
· Collaborate as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications:
· Intermediate English proficiency (able to communicate effectively with clients and team members); bilingual Spanish highly preferred
· Valid driver’s license
· Availability to work weekends (required)
· Reliable, punctual, and responsible
· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Able to stand for extended periods
· Previous verifiable cleaning experience preferred
Job Schedule:
· Standard operating hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
· Weekend availability required; flexible schedule needed as some shifts may extend beyond 4:30 PM
· Final schedule to be discussed during the hiring process
