Position Overview

 We are seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals with precision and care, ensuring every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and safety. Your expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and culinary techniques will contribute to our menu. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong background in food handling and kitchen operations, bringing enthusiasm and professionalism to every shift.

Major Duties

•  Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and seasonal offerings
• Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Handle food with care, maintaining proper knife skills and food handling techniques
• Support catering events and special functions with efficient meal preparation and serving
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in food service operations within a restaurant, catering, or similar food environment.
• Strong food preparation, cooking, and food handling skills
• Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety regulations
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Job Schedule

Sunday-Wednesday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
