2025-26 Dignity Fund Community Needs Assessment

Improving services for older adults and adults with disabilities

The Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) will publish a report summarizing our findings about community needs and recommendations to improve services for older adults and people with disabilities in April 2026.

We concluded the data collection phase of this needs assessment in October 2025. We are currently analyzing the data we gathered through our citywide survey, in-person and virtual community forums, and focus groups. Thanks to all the community members who shared their input with us!
