PRESCHOOL TEACHER AIDE FT​​ 

Ito ay isang preschool na may wikang Mandarin na naghahanap ng isang full-time na Katulong sa Guro upang tumulong sa pagpapatakbo ng paaralan. Ang pagsasanay na ito hanggang sa permanenteng posisyon ay responsable sa matagumpay na pagpapatakbo ng kanyang silid-aralan sa pamamagitan ng pagtulong sa Guro, Punong-guro, Superbisor ng Site, at/o Direktor upang matiyak na ang de-kalidad na pangangalaga at edukasyon ay maibibigay sa kanilang pinakamainam na antas.

Duties:​​ 

·      Teaches a group of children ages 2 to 5​​ 

·      Provides auditory and visual supervision to children to ensure safety at all times​​ 

·      Supervises sign-in and sign-out sheets every day during the drop-off and pick-up of children​​ 

·      Practices confidentiality of student, family, school, and personnel information​​ 

·      Maintains classroom cleanliness and tidiness to promote an optimal learning environment​​ 

·      Assume an equal share of joint house-keeping responsibility at the school​​ 

·      Works with the Preschool Director, Supervisor, Teachers, and parents to provide service, instruction,​​ 

and communication excellence.​​ 

·      Attends all staff meetings, training, conferences, and other aspects of professional growth and​​ 

maintains current knowledge of early childhood practices​​ 

·      Changes diapers and assists with toilet training​​ 

·      Prepares, serves, and cleans after meals and snacks, following health and sanitation standards​​ 

·      Maintain a professional attitude and personal hygiene​​ 

·      Other duties as assigned.​​ 

 Minimum Qualifications:​​ 

·      Actual classroom teaching experience preferred.​​ 

·      Completion of 6 units or more core Child Development/Early Childhood Education Courses (Child​​ 

Development, Early Childhood Education Principles, Early Childhood Education Curriculum, Child​​ 

Family and Community) preferred but not required.​​ 

·      Current Department of Justice/FBI Child Abuse Index Clearance (Livescan) required.​​ 

·      Recent tubercular clearance (within the past six months)​​ 

·      Willing to get CPR, First Aid, and Health and Safety Training Certification.​​ 

·      Health examination upon employment.​​ 

·      Regular attendance and punctuality are an essential functions of the job.​​ 

·      Must be able to lift and move a child up to 40 pounds occasionally.​​ 

·      Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus but not required.​​ 

 Schedule:​​ 

·   32-40 hrs. a week. Monday to Friday.​​ 

·   Shifts vary based on availability.​​ 

·   Business Hours: 7:30 am-6 pm​​
