PRESCHOOL TEACHER AIDE FT​​ 

Ito ay isang preschool sa Outer Sunset na naghahanap ng isang full-time na katulong upang tumulong sa pagpapatakbo ng paaralan. Ang pagsasanay na ito hanggang sa permanenteng katulong ay responsable para sa matagumpay na pagpapatakbo ng kanyang silid-aralan sa pamamagitan ng pagtulong sa Guro, Punong-guro, Superbisor ng Site at/o Direktor upang matiyak na ang de-kalidad na pangangalaga at edukasyon ay maibibigay sa pinakamainam na antas nito.

Duties:​​ 

·      Teaches a group of children ages 2 to 5​​ 

·      Provides auditory and visual supervision to children to ensure safety at all times​​ 

·      Supervises sign-in and sign-out sheets every day during the drop-off and pick-up of children​​ 

·      Practices confidentiality of student, family, school and personnel information​​ 

·      Maintains classroom cleanliness and tidiness to promote an optimal learning environment​​ 

·      Assume an equal share of joint house-keeping responsibility at the school​​ 

·      Works with the Preschool Director, Supervisor, Teachers and parents to provide excellence in service, instruction and communication.​​ 

·      Attends all staff meetings, trainings, conferences, other aspects of professional growth and maintains current knowledge of early childhood practices​​ 

·      Changes diapers and assists with toilet training​​ 

·      Prepares, serves and cleans after meals and snacks, following health and sanitation standards​​ 

·      Maintain a professional attitude and personal hygiene​​ 

·      Other duties as assigned.​​ 

 Minimum Qualifications:​​ 

·      A minimum of 1 year actual classroom teaching experience preferred.​​ 

·      Completion of 6 units or more core Child Development/Early Childhood Education Courses (Child Development, Early Childhood Education Principles, Early Childhood Education Curriculum, Child Family and Community) preferred.​​ 

·      Current Department of Justice/FBI Child Abuse Index Clearance (Livescan) required.​​ 

·      Recent tubercular clearance (within past six months)​​ 

·      Current CPR, First Aid, and Health and Safety Training Certification for full-time employees preferred.​​ 

·      Health examination upon employment.​​ 

·      Regular attendance and punctuality are on essential function of the job​​ 

·      Must be able to lift and/or move a child up to 40 pounds occasionally​​ 

 Schedule:​​ 

·      Full-time: 32-40 hrs a week. Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm.​​ 

·      Shift varies based on availability.​​
