Ang Matututunan Mo

• Basic kitchen skills: knife handling, ingredient preparation, marination, and fundamental cooking techniques​​ 
• Knowledge of fusion cuisine (Chinese and Western)​​ 
• Food safety and sanitation standards​​ 
• Teamwork and communication in a bilingual (English & Chinese) environment​​ 
• Time management in a high-paced kitchen setting​​ 

Responsibilities​​ 

• After training Assist chefs with food preparation (cutting, washing, seasoning)​​ 
• After training​​  Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety protocols​​ 
• After training​​  Support basic cooking tasks such as rice preparation, stir-frying, plating​​ 
• After training​​  Learn to operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers)​​ 
• After training​​  Assist with dish presentation and serving under chef supervision​​ 
• After training​​  Help track inventory, receive deliveries, and manage supplies​​ 

Minimum Mga Kwalipikasyon

• Bilingual in English and Chinese​​ 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment​​ 
• Interest in the culinary industry and willingness to learn​​ 
• Physical ability to lift 20–30 lbs of ingredients​​ 

Skills to Be Trained​​ 

• Professional knife skills and advanced cooking techniques​​ 
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems (POS)​​ 
• Recipe development and advanced culinary knowledge​​ 

Schedule & Compensation:​​ 

•  Competitive hourly pay ($22/hour)​​ 
• 10:30 AM -10:30 PM Number of working days in a week upon negotiation and availability​​
