MGA TUNGKULIN:

•       Monitor and patrol assigned areas; maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents.​​ 

•       Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.​​ 

•       Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.​​ 

•       Conduct regular and random patrols; working environments and conditions vary by location.​​ 

•       Support daily operations with reliability and integrity as part of a collaborative team.​​ 

•       Carry out emergency response activities as appropriate to the situation.​​ 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:​​ 

•       High school diploma or equivalent required.​​ 

•       Cantonese positions require 1 year experience. ​​ 

•       Must pass a background investigation per applicable federal, state, & local laws.​​ 

•       Must pass a pre-employment drug screen to the extent permitted by law.​​ 

•       Must have a Master Application with accurate employment dates (month, day, and year) for all listed positions. Incomplete or inaccurate employment history may disqualify the application​​ 

Preferred (not required): Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. A guard card and/or license. Alarm panel experience for some positions. Comfort using a computer and/or tablet.​​ 

Note: Tattoos and piercings other than modest ear piercings must be covered/not show.​​ 

JOB SCHEDULE:​​ 

Multiple schedule options are available across multiple open positions. Select the position that fits your availability. You can opt in to additional shifts.​​ 

For example: Security Officer PT Patrol (Cantonese) Mon, Tue, Wed 04:30 PM - 12:30 AM​​ 

How This Role Works This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed:​​ 

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.​​ 

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.​​
