RETAIL/VISUAL MARKETING ASSISTANT PT​​ 

Ito ay isang pagsasanay para sa permanenteng posisyon. Ang Employer ay isang tindahan ng damit panglalaki sa Mission na naghahanap ng isang masigasig na indibidwal na gustong magkaroon ng kaalaman sa mga operasyon at marketing ng isang linya ng damit sa isang retail environment. Ang indibidwal na ito ay dapat na nakatuon sa customer, may sariling kakayahan, at may pananagutan sa lahat ng gawain at responsibilidad upang epektibong makapag-ambag sa tagumpay ng brand. Bukod pa rito, ang ideal na kandidatong ito ay dapat may kasabikan at kahandaang matuto mula sa lahat ng bagay mula sa mga AI tool hanggang sa mga manu-manong proseso ng layout ng produkto para sa mga photoshoot.

Mga Tungkulin:​​ 

- Become knowledgeable about the store brand and the curated brands carried in-store​​ 

- Assist in-store customers with questions on items as well as purchases​​ 

- Facilitate in-store transactions within our POS system​​ 

- Assist the founder with store merchandising projects and/or manufacturing tasks​​ 

- Assist with new, fresh marketing ideas for newsletters, photoshoots, social media, etc.​​ 

- Continually generate creative design and marketing ideas that can continue to help propel the brand and store​​ 

Minimum Mga Kwalipikasyon:

- Personable with exceptional customer services skills.​​ 

- Reliable, punctual and professional​​ 

- Attention to detail is required​​ 

- Teachable and open to constructive criticism​​ 

- An active listener and quick learner​​ 

- Willing to be train on a general understanding of the fashion industry landscape; familiarity with the streetwear industry and its participants is a PLUS​​ 

- Willing to be train on Adobe Suite Programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and mobile programs like Canva, CapCut, etc. is an added bonus. Ideal candidate is artistic and can sketch or draw concepts by hand.​​ 

- General understanding and/or experience in garment construction is a PLUS. Willing to be train on sewing, pattern-making, chainstitch experience, screen-printing, etc.​​ 

- Ability to promote thru social media and/or email marketing after training.​​
