CLEANING TECHNICIAN P/T

We are a commercial cleaning and facility maintenance company based in San Francisco. We provide high-quality janitorial and maintenance services to commercial clients. We are currently hiring part-time Cleaning Technicians. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided on the proper techniques of cleaning.

This is an on-site training employment opportunity.

Main Job Duties

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces in assigned facilities
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restock supplies
• Empty and separate trash and recycling
• Clean glass, windows, doors, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells
• Follow instructions consistently and complete assigned cleaning tasks on schedule
• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds and perform physical tasks daily
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends as needed)
• No prior experience required; training provided

Work Schedule

• Hours: 20 hours per week, depending on assignment
• Shifts: Flexible scheduling available
