Buod ng Posisyon:
The Front-of-House and Catering Associate will be trained across all customer-facing and operational aspects of running a fast-casual restaurant and catering business. The program emphasizes developing transferable skills in hospitality, communication, prep management, food safety, and event coordination. Trainees will also learn how to expedite orders in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment, managing coordination between kitchen and service teams during peak periods that can exceed 200 guests per lunch rush.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Must have reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to adhere to scheduled shifts Tuesday through Saturday.
• Must possess basic English communication skills (verbal and written) sufficient to interact with customers and team members.
• After training must able to demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and respect for a diverse team environment.
• Preferred (Trainable on the job):
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail customer service preferred
• After training must be able to show knowledge of Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and pass ServSafe certification
• Interest in Asian cuisine.
• After training must be able to show ability to multitask in fast-paced environments (especially during 200+ guest lunch rushes).
• After training must be able to use POS system (Square, Toast, or similar).
