Megan Elliott
Deputy Director of Programs
Megan Elliott is the Deputy Director of Programs for the San Francisco Department of Disability and Aging Services. She is an accomplished public service leader and is motivated by a deep commitment to improving services for vulnerable populations. Her career with the City and County of San Francisco began as an In-Home Supportive Services trainer, which quickly led her to focus on mastering the complex systems and policies that govern the City, and to obtaining a master’s degree in public administration. Leveraging over two decades of public sector experience—including strategic operational development and leading major technology projects—she is driven to make services more efficient, strategic, and successful for the people who rely on them most.
