DUTIES:
• Greet guests with warmth and positive energy
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu guidance and answer guest questions
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
• Help maintain smooth service during busy periods
• Keep front counter and dining areas clean and organized
• Ensure order accuracy before handoff
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock front-of-house items as needed
• Support opening and closing duties
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Remaining in a stationary position up to 80% of the time
• Frequently lifting and moving boxes, tables, umbrellas, chairs, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Working outdoors on patios in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to hot kitchen areas and walk-in refrigerators or freezers

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available to work weekends
• Flexible schedule based on your availability
• Food Safety and RBS certification required
• If not currently certified, employee must complete certifications prior to training start date.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (not required)
• One year food service experience
• One year + customers service experience
• Some Point-of-Sale (POS) experience
