CLINIC OPERATIONS ASSISTANT FT

Job Description

Employer is seeking a Clinic Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of a fast-paced outpatient medical practice. This is a non-clinical, hands-on role responsible for maintaining organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness throughout the clinic. This is an active role requiring movement throughout the day and a mix of cleaning, organizing, and administrative responsibilities. No prior medical office experience is required. Training will be provided.


Duties:

After 6-month of training, candidate must be able to:

  • Prepare exam rooms and materials for patient visits
  • Ensure next-day patient materials are prepared (orthotics, supplies, injections)
  • File, scan, and organize patient documentation
  • Enter and update patient information in a patient database system
  • Monitor, restock, and organize supplies
  • Clean and reset exam rooms throughout the day
  • Maintain restrooms, kitchen, and common areas
  • Perform general cleaning and light maintenance tasks
  • Support staff and overall clinic operations as needed 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with physical, active work (standing and walking throughout the day)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift approximately 25–30 lbs 
  • Associate Degree or some college preferred but not required

Work Schedule: 40 hrs a week. Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
