PRESCHOOL HELPER-FT

This training to permanent Helper position is responsible for the successful operation of the classroom and assisting the Teacher, Head Teacher, Site Supervisor and/or Director to ensure quality care and education is provided to its optimal level.

Duties:

·      Help with cleaning the school, kitchen, yard, potty training, etc.

·      Set up beds for nap time.

·      Refill stock when low, arrange all items when delivery.

·      Changes diapers and assists with potty training

·      Prepares, serves and cleans after meals and snacks, following health and sanitation standards

·      Maintain a professional attitude and personal hygiene

·      Other duties as assigned.

 Minimum Qualifications:

·      Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

·      Current Department of Justice/FBI Child Abuse Index Clearance (Livescan) required.

·      Recent tubercular clearance (within past six months)

·      Willing to get CPR, First Aid, and Health and Safety Training Certification for full-time employees upon on a job offer.

·      Health examination upon employment

·      Regular attendance and punctuality are on essential function of the job

·      Must be able to lift and/or move a child up to 40 pounds occasionally

·    Basic English needed. Language clients are welcome to apply.

 Schedule:

·   Full-time: 32-40 hrs a week. Monday to Friday.

·   Shifts vary based on availability.

·   Business Hours: 7:30am-6pm
