Modern Asian-Fusion & Cantonese-Style Bakery

Our award‑winning bakery, consistently rated “Best Bakery in Chinatown,” is offering a training opportunity for motivated individuals interested in learning professional bakery skills. No experience necessary—just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!


Position Overview: Trainees will receive hands‑on experience in dough preparation, pastries, breads, and general kitchen production. Full training provided for candidates with the right work ethic and interest in bakery operations.


Duties Include: • Dough Making: Prepare dough for various breads, cakes, and pastries.

• Preparation: Cut meats, fruits, vegetables, break eggs, and prepare materials for production.

• Production: Shape, bake, and assist with producing a variety of breads and cakes.

• General Kitchen Support: Wrap finished products, clean work areas, reorganize equipment and trays.

• Consistency & Quality: Follow established recipes to maintain our high standards.


Minimum Qualifications: • Working Attitude: Hard‑working, honest, responsible, and a team player.

• Experience: No experience required; 1–2 years preferred but not necessary. Full training provided.

• Schedule: Early mornings and weekend availability may be required. Final schedules discussed at hiring.

• Language: Bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin or Vietnamese. Monolingual Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese speaking clients are welcome to apply.


Schedule:

-  32 – 40 hours a week. Schedule is based on shift availability.

 Monday to Sunday 7:30am-6pm; 4pm-12am; 8pm-12am; or 4am-8am
