Care + Support

We support people who need personal or financial assistance, information about long-term care planning, or help receiving or providing supportive services to a person who needs assistance at home.

DAS Benefits and Resources

With a single call, older adults and people with disabilities can learn about available services throughout the city and also apply for several of our services. Our Integrated Intake and Referral Unit is the “central door” for our services serving these populations. Learn more and get started now.
