Provide a temporary home that makes a lasting change in a child's life
Most foster children are in the process of reunification with their families. Reunification can take a few weeks to many years.
You can provide a safe, stable, and loving home for a foster child during this time.
Who can apply
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, race/ethnicities, and income levels including couples, single adults, LGBTQ+, and older adults.
How to get started
To become a foster parent, you must complete the Resource Family Approval process (RFA). The RFA certification process is free and can be completed mostly online—and we’re here to help at every step.
