KITCHEN HELPER FT​​ 

Isang Asian Fusion restaurant ang naghahanap ng Kitchen Helper. Magsisimula ka bilang Kitchen Helper at maaaring umakyat sa posisyon ng management. Magkakaroon ng training.

Mga Tungkulin:​​ 

- Prepare dishes according to specifications in a timely and accurate fashion​​ 

- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.​​ 

- Responsible for cutting vegetables, meats and food preparations​​ 

- Set up and close up the kitchen.​​ 

- Mag-imbak at magpanatili ng mga suplay at kagamitan

- Panatilihin ang mga pamantayan sa kalinisan at kalinisan

- Apply basic knife skills required for preparation of hot and cold foods​​ 

- Breakdown work station and complete closing duties:​​ 

- Return all food items to the proper storage areas;​​ 

- Rotate all returned product wrap cover label and date all item being put away;​​ 

- Straighten up organize all storage areas clean up and wipe down food prep areas reach ins/walk ins and shelves;​​ 

- Return all unused and clean utensil/equipment to the specified locations;​​ 

- Ice down hot items from the steam table so they cool quickly; turn off all equipment not needed for the next shift;​​ 

-   Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons)​​ 

Minimum Mga Kwalipikasyon:

- Have some kitchen experience but not necessarily Chinese cuisine.​​ 

- Can speak Basic English. Spanish clients with limited English are welcome to apply.​​ 

- Can remain clear-headed under pressure.​​ 

- Have good stamina and be able to keep on one's feet for long periods of time.​​ 

- Able to work fast with your hands and can multitask​​ 

Iskedyul:

-         32 – 40 hours a week. Shift schedule is assigned weekly.​​ 

-         Monday to Sunday, 10:30-2pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm.​​
