CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-FT​​ 

Ito ay isang training tungo sa permanenteng posisyon; ang Employer ay isang tagapagbigay ng matibay na mga suplay medikal at naglilingkod sa komunidad sa buong San Francisco Bay Area.​​  

Mga Tungkulin:​​ 

·        Magparehistro at mag-set up ng mga account ng pasyente.​​ 

·        Suriin ang pagiging kwalipikado sa mga tagaseguro.​​ 

·        Humawak ng mga reklamo ng pasyente, magbigay ng mga angkop na solusyon at alternatibo sa loob ng takdang panahon; subaybayan upang matiyak ang resolusyon.​​ 

·        Kumatawan sa Kumpanya sa isang propesyonal at magalang na paraan sa lahat ng pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga pasyente.​​ 

·        Route patient referrals to the appropriate department or individual(s) in the Company.​​ 

·        Communicate with patients to set up a delivery schedule.​​ 

·        Prepare and secure Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMNs).​​ 

·        Communicate with billing department to ensure proper billing to insurance companies, contracts, other third-party payers and patients for all products and services delivered; maintain accurate billing records.​​ 

Minimum Qualifications:​​ 

·        Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin.​​ 

·        High school diploma or equivalent.​​ 

·        Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.​​ 

·        Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.​​ 

·        Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.​​ 

·        1-year medical retail experience preferred.​​ 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 32-40 hrs. a week, 9am-5:30pm​​
