1235 Mission St. Service Center Relocation
Our service center at 1235 Mission St. will permanently close on Friday, March 20 at 5 p.m. because we are relocating to a new state‑of‑the‑art facility at 1460 Mission St. The new location will open on Tuesday, March 24 at 8:00 a.m. and is just a five‑minute walk from 1235 Mission St.
During the Transition
The service centers at 1235 Mission St. and 1460 Mission St. will both be closed on Monday, March 23.
If you need in‑person services during this time, you may visit one of our other service centers:
- 1440 Harrison St.
- 170 Otis St.

All services available at 1235 Mission St. will continue to be available at the new 1460 Mission St. location, including:
- CalFresh (food stamps)
- County Adult Assistance Programs (CAAP)
- Diaper pickup
- EBT card pickup
- Employment Information Center
- Medi‑Cal (health insurance)

The new location is close to several transit options:
- MUNI: Van Ness Station
- BART: Civic Center Station
- Bus lines:
- Market St. and 11th St.: 9, 9R, 397
- Market St. and Van Ness Ave.: 6, 7, F
All stops are within a short walk of the new service center.
